Counseling

I provide one-on-one counseling to adult professionals, Perfectionists, and high-achievers that are struggling to overcome self-doubt, and who are ready for a solution that has lasting, positive change in their life. My clients come to me often feeling overwhelmed by emotions they do not understand, searching for answers and a way out of what feels like a downward spiral. Your thoughts might feel like a giant knot that you cannot seem to untangle; together we can untie that knot, one thread at a time.

My Approach

Integrative Psychotherapy

What does “integrative psychotherapy” mean?

Integrative psychotherapy is a holistic approach that deals with the “whole” body and mind, looking at the full picture of your experience, including your thoughts, emotions, your body, and the patterns that have shaped you over time that at the core of your behaviors.

A lot of people come to therapy already understanding why they feel the way they do. But insight alone doesn’t always create change. That’s because these patterns don’t just live in your mind—they live in your nervous system, your reactions, and the way you move through relationships.

In our work together, we focus on connecting those pieces. So instead of just talking about what’s happening, you begin to understand it in a way that actually shifts how it feels and how you respond.

What does this look like in practice?

When we work from an integrative approach, I tailor sessions to fit your needs in the moment on that day. My goal for you is that over time, you learn about what is going on in your body and mind in order to better identify your emotions, why the emotions are happening, and what to do about it. Then, we brainstorm on an action plan that you can feel confident about. This makes this approach both practical and experiential.

We’ll spend time making sense of your patterns—how they developed, what triggers them, and why they’ve been so hard to change. At the same time, we’ll work with your nervous system directly, using tools like grounding, breathwork, and trauma-informed, emotion-focused techniques like EMDR Therapy to help your body come out of constant stress or shutdown.

We’ll build something that fits you—something that feels achievable and actually helps you feel grounded in your life.

How does change begin to happen for clients?

Many of the tools we use are ones I use myself, so they’re not theoretical or pulled out of thin air. They are meant to be lived, practiced, and integrated in a way that creates real change over time.

As this work deepens, clients often notice a shift that goes beyond just “coping better.” You may feel more steady in your emotions, less reactive in stressful moments, and more clear about what you need and how to communicate it. Things that used to feel overwhelming start to feel more manageable.

You might also notice changes in your body: less tension, fewer stress-related symptoms like headaches or stomach issues, and an overall sense of feeling more settled.

More than anything, this work helps you feel more connected—to yourself, to your relationships, and to the way you want to live your life.

Create lasting change.
